Please avoid attending if you are unwell with flu, cold, fever, contagious illness, or if you’ve been advised by your GP to rest. Contact us to reschedule if you’re unsure
Our general rule of thumb is:
👉 Colds / Flu/Covid: Stay away until the symptoms have gone
👉 Diarrhoea: Stay away, wait until 48 hours after the symptoms have stopped.
👉 Injury: Wait until any redness or heat in the area has subsided. We can work around the area if needed, just not on the injury itself. If in doubt please call for advice.
👉 Unsure: Please call us. 24-hour notice is ideal but we understand it's not always possible.
Life doesn't always go as planned, and we'll do our best to work with you!
We kindly ask that you give us 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We’ll be happy to help you reschedule your appointment if something comes up. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will have to be paid for.
